Cancel Account Request

Please call us at 409-385-2121 or send us an email at billingdept AT sysmatrix DOT net to cancel your SysMatrix Account. In the email please include your sysmatrix username and the last 4 digits of the credit card the account is billed to. We will send an e-mail to the e-mail address that you notify us from as soon as your request is processed.

Cancelled accounts will be fully closed out within 12 - 24 hours from the time we recieve your request. There will be no refunds given for unused, prepaid, time on your account so please WAIT until near your regularly scheduled billing date to request cancellation form but be sure to cancel BEFORE you are billed for another month of service.

If you are cancelling because you no longer use your dialup connection but you would like to keep your email address(es) please ask that we switch to an EMAIL ONLY account. Email only accounts are priced at $3.00/month for up to 5 email addresses and $0.50 per address after that. If you have more than 20 email addresses just leave your dialup account active (same price).
