Assignment:

1. Answer the questions on the Work Values Survey Answer Sheet.
2. Transfer your answers to the Numerical Answer Form
3. Add up each column and read about the categories you scored the highest on. (Category descriptions can be found on the "WorkAbility I Transition Curriculum, Lesson 3.1 Work Values Survery Results" Handout.)

4. In Microsoft Word, type your findings in a standard memo.
5. Make sure you include the following details:

• Proper Subject
• Your top 4 highest categories
• Description of the 4 categories
• Details on how the category relates to you. Do you agree/disagree with the result, and what interesting facts/information did you discover.

Grading

The teacher will inform the class on how many points off for the following:
