This course will prepare you to effectively incorporate computer technology
with the learning strategies utilized in your courses at Malden High School.
You will develop ways to improve your team work, collaboration, and organization
skills. Setting priorities, staying disciplined, and developing essential study
strategies will help you to stay on task with time management. In this semester
course you will explore Self-Awareness, Career Research, Career Degrees, and
Career Decisions to help you evaluate, match and integrate information about
yourself and various occupations into satisfying career choices. You will also
be introduced to various career documents, (employment application, cover letter,
resume, interviewing techniques, etc.) to prepare you for interviewing for a
job and transitioning from academics to the work world.
