Microsoft PowerPoint is a powerful but easy-to-use presentation graphics program you can use to create professional-quality presentations (Graves 2003). This course will help you to present your ideas and convey information and facts in well organized, effective, design presentations using this presentation graphics program.

What we will be covering this semester

1. Basic skills-- presentations tools
2. Developing a presentation
3. Customizing a presentation
4. Utilizing some advanced techniques
5. Introduction to Charts, tables and diagrams
6. Interpersonal, time management, team building and organizational skills
7. Developing appropriate vocabulary and language skills for creating slides

Grading: (The percent of each category may change for each quarter)

Please remember to handle lab equipment and materials responsibly. If you are unsure about the use of a piece of equipment in this lab, please ask your teacher. In the event a piece of equipment is broken, it is up to the discretion of the administration as to the disciplinary actions that may be taken.
