If you have not already done so please activate your email account.
In your web browser go to http://gmail.sysmatrix.net
You will see this page:

Log in with your username (without typing
the "@sysmatrix.net)
and current password. Agree to the terms and activate the new account.
Setting up Outlook XP/Outlook 2002/Outlook 2003
- Double click "Microsoft Outlook"
- If a wizard starts, skip to step 4.
- Click "Tools" and "E-Mail Accounts" from the menu
- Make sure "Add a new e-mail account" is selected
- Click "Next"
- Select "POP3"
- Click "Next"
- Enter your name. This can be whatever you want it to be
- Enter your Sysmatrix e-mail address (user@sysmatrix.net)
- Enter the "Incoming Mail server (POP3)": pop.gmail.com
- Enter the "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)": smtp.gmail.com
- Enter your SysMatrix email address in the "User Name:" box (it will have the first part of your email address, you need to add the "@sysmatrix.net")
- Enter your SysMatrix Password
- Click "More Settings"
- Click the "Outgoing Mail Server" tab
- Select "My outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication"
- Click the "Advanced" tab
- Put checkmarks in BOTH boxes that say "This server requires a secure connection"
- Make sure the POP3 port is set to 995
- Change the SMTP port to 587
- Click OK
- Click "Next"
- Click "Finish"
To remove your old account after setting up the new one:
- Click "Tools" and "E-Mail Accounts" from the menu
- Make sure "View or change existing email accounts" is selected
- Click "Next"
- Select your old account
- Click the Remove button
- Click "Yes"
- Click "Finish"
