Please fill out the form below to cancel your SysMatrix Account. We will send an e-mail to the e-mail address that you provide below as soon as your request is processed.

Beginning 7/1/2007 accounts cancelled using this form will be closed within 12 - 24 hours from the time you submit the form. There will be no refunds given for unused, prepaid, time on your account so please WAIT until near your regularly scheduled billing date to submit this cancellation form but be sure to cancel BEFORE you are billed for another month of service.

If you are cancelling because you no longer use your dialup connection but you would like to keep your email address(es) please check the box that says "Switch to EMAIL ONLY". Email only accounts are priced at $3.00/month for up to 5 email addresses and $0.50 per address after that. If you have more than 20 email addresses just leave your dialup account active (same price).

If you are using a FIREWALL and get an error stating that you are "coming from an unauthorized domain" please temporarily disable your firewall before hitting the SUBMIT button.
